Who Will I Room With?
You have the option to share a room with a friend by including each other’s names on your registration. Please note that unless you specifically book to share a room, individual room assignments will be made.
Do I Have to Stay on the Property>
Yes, the full retreat experience includes accommodations and cannot be separated. We encourage full immersion in the carefully planned activities, ensuring you don't miss out on the fun after sundown.
Can I Bring My Spouse, Children, Or Family?
To ensure you receive the full focus on yourself and your business, only participating attendees are allowed on the retreat property during the event.
What’s The Weather Like?
In October, experience the enchanting Italian autumn. Anticipate mild temperatures with comfortable days and cooler evenings.
What if I Have Physical Limitations?
This retreat takes place in a charming Italian villa nestled in the countryside. Please note that the property features some stairways and uneven terrain, which may pose challenges for individuals with physical limitations. If you have mobility concerns, we recommend considering whether this setting is suitable for your needs.
How Do I Get There?
Embark on your journey in Rome, the eternal city. Your travel is seamlessly covered with transportation arranged within Italy, to and from Rome, ensuring a worry-free experience. Connect with fellow attendees through our private community channels for an enriching travel experience.
I’m Booking My Flight, When Should I Arrive and Depart?
Our program typically runs from Sunday at 4 pm CT to Wednesday at 10:30 am CT. Plan your travel to attend the full program for a complete experience.
What is Included in Registration?
Everything! From accommodations, meals, and beverages (including a few adult beverages) to all content, materials, and planned experiences. Your only additional expenses are airfare and transportation to/from the host location.
Can You Explain The Payment Plan?
We offer a payment plan with a non-refundable initial payment to secure your seat. Automatic installments will be charged on set dates. Past-due installments beyond 2 days will result in forfeited registration.
What Should I Wear, Pack, and Bring?
We will provide a comprehensive packing list and additional details well in advance, ensuring you're well-prepared for the retreat.
What is Your Refund Policy?
Due to the meticulous planning and personalization involved, all deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable.
